Reflecting...

​The alcohol-related piece that I just posted on September 29th was initially started about eight months ago, at the beginning of February. I looked at it maybe once or twice a month since then, adding a sentence here and there if inspired, never really having an urgent intent to get it done. The ending is awkward in my opinion… definitely not quite right. I posted it anyway. It just needed to end! Moving on…
 
I will add though, in response to a question I received, that I really enjoy the darker beers – porters and stouts to be exact. (Have you ever tried a pale stout? Yum.) Black IPAs are at the top of my list right now, too.
